Nice wide sites, Wi-Fi is available from AT&T if you are close to the Grocery store, not free. My Verizon cell and net card worked great. Great view of the ocean from the ocean view sites. There is a stairway down to the beach, nice clean beach and not busy, some surfers. Can't wait to go again.

Very good location, large pull thru and back in sites, close to town. Good Verizon cell reception.

The pull through sites are okay for over night. There is also laundry available that will fluff and fold for you. We used this campground twice, going out and coming back home. It worked out well.

It's all about the location, which in this case was perfect. It has all the necessary hookups to be able to go off and sight see everyday. If you are just going to "camp" I would look for something different. Sites are close together, but we never spent anytime sitting outside as we were sightseeing everyday.

Good overnighter. Easy in and out with roomy sites. Did not have to unhook toad.

We loved this campground. You are nestled in Lodgepole pines. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Close to the marina and shops. Also Verizon cell service worked well, as did my net card.

Excellent campground. We had a no hookup site. There are only 32 sites that have hookups Lots of trees and shade. The site we had was large and had plenty of room. Close to the city of Big Bear. Verizon cell service and net card worked well.

This is a nice little park to get some R&R. If you looking to be entertained this is not the park but if you are looking for a place to go for walks and bike rides or just sit outside and read this is the place. Lots of trees and close to the lake.

Groomed sites, level, had a campsite on lake#7. Lots of water fowl around to watch. Friendly staff, grounds very well kept. Will stay there again. Wifi had excellant signal at the site. Site#48. No shade, but the temp was cool.

Very nice park, quiet. Lots of greenery, it is across from the marsh where lots of birds hang out. We saw lots of birds. The sites aren't real wide but good enough. Very nice state park, close to Morro Bay. We will go back

Nice place to camp if you want to be by the ocean. It has a little tree line between the sites and is not like a parking lot. It was kept nice and clean. PCH is close and so are the train tracks but we are city people so we didn't even notice. We are going again in a couple of weeks and than in a month or so. Both times we will have ocean front sites.

Great place. Packed over Labor Day Weekend. Easy access to the American River. We are going back next Memorial Weekend. Can go river rafting, they pick you up at the campground. Always something going on. We were on the river.

Great campground. You had your choice of whether you wanted to be near the activities or not. We chose not and it was nice and quiet. Lots of trees and friendly staff and campers. Campground layout is different but once you figured it out it was good. You picked your own campsite and then went back and registered. We stayed there on our RPI Preferred membership. We will be using it lots as it is local, two hours away and quiet and clean.

Spaces really close together. New owners, friendly. Ok for sightseeing. Not okay for just camping.

New park, nice and clean. All the sites have a grassy area, the hookups on each site has a little fence hiding them from the next site. I really liked that as I hate having to look at the next campers hookups and dump site from your picnic table. I was windy the night we were there.

Very nice park, friendly staff. Wide sites, cement, grassy areas between sites. I really liked the little fences that hide the neighbors hookups. I don't know why more campgrounds don't do that. We wished we could have stayed there more than one night.

Nice little state park. Overlooks the reservoir. Fishing is allowed from the shore.

This is a private park, we camped there as an RPI Preferred. Nice park, has nine hole public golf course next to it. We stayed overnight. Nice sized sites, some with grass.

I would have given them a higher rating but their website is really over the top on what the campground looks like. It is a desert campground, winds are likely. The sites have a cement pad to put your chairs on. The RV parks on gravel. No table, no fire ring, no BBQ grill. The website says it has a restaurant and mineral spa but I never saw them. It is and OK campground for $10.00 but nothing like the website indicates.

We camped up on the ridge, and the view was awesome. It can get windy up there, but that was okay. The rest of the campground is at lower elevation and didn't get the winds. We stayed at the top for more privacy. Lots of activities for the kids which is another reason we stayed out of the way. We liked it a lot ,and we go back on a regular basis as we live within three hours. Gravel sites. No water pressure as it is gravity fed. We used on board water to take showers.

Great campgrounds, saw wildlife as in deer and birds. Eagles are there also but didn't see any. We had a level site away from the lake. There is a store and marina for boats. Beautiful area. We are going back in October and camping on the lake.

Great state campground. We stayed right on the river. Almost everyone in the park was fishing. The site was level and right next to a sandy beach on the river. If you want a resort not the place to stay. I you like piece and quiet and nice scenery then it is the place to stay. We are going to make it our Thanksgiving campgrounds.

Great area to camp. The sites are close together but the area is beautiful. No generators are allowed at any time. We made sure we had electric hookup. We will be going back again. I would have given it a 10 if the sites were further apart and if you could use generators. Generators would give you access to more of the park.

We spent Labor Day Weekend. Lots of wooded area on Rollins Lake. Saw a couple of deer come by the campsite one night. Great place. It has a marina to launch boats and for swimming, a small grocery store. We will be going back.
